Thank you for choosing Easy Automovers LLC for your vehicle transport. By using our broker services, you and the entity or person you represent accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement (“TERMS”). In the event of a conflict between these TERMS and any other document, these TERMS shall prevail and be binding between you and Easy Automovers LLC. These TERMS can only be modified by Easy Automovers LLC.

1. Definitions

a. “Additional Services”: Upgrades or additional services requested by the customer, such as covered transport, top-loading, or guaranteed transport dates.
b. “Bill of Lading”: A document issued by the carrier that details the conditions of the shipment.
c. “Carrier”: A licensed vehicle transport company authorized by the relevant authorities.
d. “Customer”: The individual or entity requesting the vehicle transport.
e. “Point of Origin”: The designated location for vehicle pickup.
f. “Destination”: The designated location for vehicle delivery.
g. “Shipment”: The customer’s vehicle transported in accordance with these TERMS.

2. Services

a. Easy Automovers LLC acts solely as a broker that arranges vehicle transport through third-party carriers.
b. Easy Automovers LLC’s services are considered complete once a carrier accepts the customer’s order.
c. Easy Automovers LLC does not transport vehicles or take custody of them at any time.

3. Customer Responsibilities

a. Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle and pickup and delivery locations.
b. Preparing the Vehicle: The customer must prepare the vehicle for transport, ensuring it is operational and has no more than a quarter tank of fuel.
c. Personal Property: Only one personal item is allowed in the vehicle’s trunk, with a maximum weight of 100 pounds.

4. Pickup and Delivery

a. In cases of local restrictions or access limitations, the customer must coordinate with the carrier to determine an alternate pickup or delivery location.
b. The customer or their representative must be present at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading.

5. Fees and Payments

a. Payments to Easy Automovers LLC must be made at the time the order is accepted.
b. The balance owed to the carrier must be paid upon delivery via cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
c. Late payments are subject to interest and additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Orders can be canceled at no charge before being accepted by a carrier.
b. If an order is canceled after being accepted, a $249 cancellation fee will apply.

7. Loss, Damage, or Delays

a. Easy Automovers LLC is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage; any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
b. Customers must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Dispute Resolution

a. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the state of New York.
b. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.
